Creative Director

Job Summary

As a Creative Director at Bluecadet you’ll be a hands-on, strategic thinking leader and mentor to our multidisciplinary experience design team. You’ll help inspire and push that team in the design and production of exceptional experiences. The Creative Director ensures the quality of the creative concepts and the work produced, in addition to serving as a strategic partner to our clients. Our Creative Directors are active participants in and drivers of our culture, our design sensibilities, and our growth as a studio.

You should be adept at designing original, artful, experiences. You must be a great leader with the ability to maximize the talents of our experience, film, motion, technology, and visual and spatial design teams. Doing so means being a coach, a teacher, an instructor, and a critic all at once. In order to succeed in this role you must thrive at facilitating effective collaboration across these many disciplines and in getting to the very best ideas.

Attention to detail, great people skills, persistence in designing unique and innovative experiences, and the ability to manage multiple ambitious projects at once are required.

This is a full-time position based in our Philadelphia or New York City office, although our team will be fully remote through at least January 2022. Fully remote candidates will also be considered.
