The director of interpretation must be an exceptional storyteller with demonstrated success in developing narrative strategies for usage across a variety of outputs/channels, with a focus on spatial experiences. This role will be responsible for leading Bluecadet’s content team, developing collaborative processes, participating in the development of concepts, and directing the development of great stories.
You must be an experienced leader with the ability to maximize the talents of our diverse content team. Doing so means being a coach, a teacher, an instructor, and a critic all at once. You will work across all disciplines, including collaborating with visual designers, spatial designers, film directors, account managers, and creative directors on a daily basis. You must be hands-on, enjoy mentoring others, consistently demonstrate optimism and resilience, be resourceful and believe that you can do more with less.
