Creative Mornings Kicks Off in Philadelphia

Philadelphia is home to one of the newest Creative Mornings chapters, a breakfast lecture series for the creative community that meets one Friday every month. Speakers are selected by each chapter based on a global theme, and this month’s theme was sex.

The inaugural Creative Mornings Philadelphia kicked off during Philly Tech Week with author, Geekadelphia co-founder, and Quirkbooks social media manager Eric Smith at the Center for Architecture. Eric’s talk circled the theme of “The Art of Geek Courtship”, a topic he is well versed in as author of The Geek’s Guide To Dating.

As host of the chapter, I am extremely fortunate to partner with many wonderful collaborators, including Drexel University, Happy Cog, Red Paper Heart,, Think Brownstone, Val Head, Indy Hall, Cipher Prime, First Capitol Pictures, Cake Life, and Darin Rowland.

If you are a design professional in Philly, join Creative Mornings to stay in the loop and find out when you can register for future events.
