Ben interweaves code, craftsmanship, and creativity in his role as technology director at the Bluecadet NYC office.

As a technology director, Ben is concerned with the technical development and implementation of exhibit focused projects. As an avid hackathon competitor, he’s concerned with creating new tools to solve old problems. And as an amateur astrophysicists, he’s concerned with the physical nature of stars and other celestial bodies. Informed by a natural curiosity to search for answers big and small, Ben’s work has earned recognition from The New York Times, Wired, and Communication Arts among other publications. But more importantly, his entry in the HackTheDinos competition at the American Museum of Natural History earned him the chance to live out his dream of sleeping next to dinosaur fossils.

Born and raised in Cologne, Germany, Ben graduated from HTW Berlin with a B.S. with Honors in International Media and Computing at HTW Berlin.
