Experiential Master Plan™

What is an Experiential Master Plan™?

Bluecadet’s Experiential Master Plan™ process considers the overall application of your brand across digital and physical properties. Your visitors look at it as one experience, and so do we.

FAQs

  • What can you expect?

A collaborative experience based on onsite observation, stakeholder meetings, visitor analysis, workshops, and a review of current assets and information.

  • What are the end deliverables?

A series of suggestions both short and long term, visualizations or prototypes, and an implementation plan with rough order-of-magnitude budgets.

  • When is the right time?

Ideally, in advance of a building campaign, new exhibit, or institutional re-envisioning. Because they are rooted in delivering impact while considering investment there's really no bad time.

  • How long does it take?

Depending on the end deliverables and stakeholder sign-off, we suggest anywhere from 2-4 months from kick-off through delivery of the final report.

  • What will the project team look like?

Your team will be made up of a Strategist, Producer, Spatial Designer, Designer, Tech Director, and Content Strategist.

  • How is this different than an Architectural Master Plan?

Where Master Plans focus on large scale, long-term building changes an EMP focuses on a phased plan of improving the visitor experience immediately and over time.
